addition, stay away from busy areas, esp. the FM, since people would
visit the FM usually have a high percentage of the guild they are in
hacked. If you think that you've caused your guild to be at risk, leave
ASAP but keep in touch with anyone in the guild.
Nexon, if
you're reading this notice, you ought to be ashamed of yourself for
letting this continue. This hack is ripping Global MapleStory apart,
and if you don't act soon, GMS might never recover after this.

As we may
all know, guilds are being disbanded by hackers and when hackers
disband guilds, you will lose all the expansion slots, people in your
guild and the name of your guild. As well as other guild information.
In
order to prevent such a loss, you should save your guild list (Press G
and screenshot the whole thing) and delete all players from your guild
list except the guild master. The guild master SHOULD NOT log into
MapleStory until this issue has been resolved.
Several theories of how this could happen would include a compromised GM account, packet editing/insertion, and memory hacking.
Please
note, many guilds have already been disbanded (including our own)
through this hack and your guild may be next. If you have any advice or
would like to comment on this, feel free to post. Guests can always
post here.
