Okay. Our forums aren't very active, so I figured I'd do something to lure you all here. And thus....A Maple Trivia Game is born!
The rules are simple: Answer a certain amount of questions correctly and you'll win something! Yay! Free stuff! The questions will range between Easy, Medium, and Hard. I'll mark the questions with E, M, or H. For each E question you answer correctly, you get one point. For each M question you answer correctly, you get two points. For each H question you answer correctly, you get three points. The first person to post a correct answer will be the one to get the point(s). But just because someone posts before you doesn't mean you shouldn't answer! They may be wrong! There are no penalties for incorrect answers. For every ten points you accumulate, you get the choice to either get your prize then and go back to 0 points, or keep accumulating points. The more points you have, the better the prize. The max number of points you can get will be 100. There are no set prizes--they'll probably be different for everyone, but the value will be the same for the number of points you use.
Everyone with me still? If you have any questions, feel free to ask. For now, time for Question #1!
E. What is the character's name that is Master of SacredAllys?
Scores: Silly Sil - 7 Bobbeth - 33 Amay - 17 B-Man - 6 Mydi - 19 Archie - 1 Clone - 3 Golden - 3 Yami - 4

A: Jill (JillBQuick to be exact!)
Comment: Awesome game! I like the idea! Few comments and suggestions. 1) Trivia* 2) We can use contribution points (which any knight can change by going to manage then roster) as the points someone has from the game (Excel sheets always work too!). 3) Set a time or day for when new questions will be asked (or random to keep them on their feet!). 4) Maybe set up a certain # of questions a person can win in a row. So others that may get back home to late to check the question right away get a chance. 5) Maybe we can switch which knight asks the questions so even you get a chance to get points. 6) Do a set number of easy to hard a week and either keep it a set one for each time or change it up. 7) Make a rules sheet and either you or I can sticky it. 8) As for making the money or w/e to get the things I can make a new account for a "guild bank", where we can store money, items, equips, etc. from guild things, like when we boss at GPQ, Zakum as a guild, or any donations to become prizes (Was already thinking of starting a bank char, of course all Knights and Jill would have char access). Obviously we could use the money saved on the char for guild increases too, but would be a cool way to store possible prizes! OK, thats it, and thanks again for the great idea! |

Silly Sil. You're a genius. :3
*stabs her spelling skills* Of course, I agree with pretty much everything. Though I have no idea what you're talking about for number 2. I'd like the questions to be asked pretty often so we're a lot more active. For now, how do Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays sound? Three questions in a row is the max you can win? I was kind of hoping to switch up the types of questions and not have a set amount. If someone knows an easy question is coming up, they might be more inclined to check because they know they have a good chance of getting it right. I'll get around to making up a complete rules sheet soon...;>.> If another knight wants to ask, then absolutely! And...I definitely like the idea of a bank character. Make it easier on my wallet. ^^'

Don't worry about #2, I think excel sheet is best way to keep points.
Tues, Fri, Sun sounds great. Three questions in a row or maybe 3 questions then cant get 2 or something to give everyone a chance. Ya, switching up difficulty sounds best. I'll start on a 3 War bank account! (Wars start with the most inv space) |
